Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box and protective packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
